It has come to this...

Remember when earlier this year the food nazi group Center for Science in the Public Interest threatened McDonald's if they didn't stop putting toys in their Happy Meals?

It looks like San Francisco is about to take things a step further.

Uh...shouldn't citizens be mulling over a lawsuit if this is passed, or are they so full of themselves they will let this go? Time will tell. It always does.

Are you kidding me? Seriously??

What in the blue and yellow blazes is NAMBLA doing on Facebook?!?

Eddie Long: Kaput

No matter how this ends, Eddie Long is done. And Christianity takes another hit.

Look, if you are a Christian taking a public stand against something like same-sex marriage or homosexuality, make sure your closet is clean first. Otherwise things like this will happen.

Is the GOP on a death watch? SHOULD they be? UPDATE!!

Come on guys!  A new Contract With America? Have you guys been looking around lately?

Look, I am getting sick and tired of hearing about splits in the GOP or Tea Party or whatever because of self-righteous imbeciles who don't seem to understand what all of this is about. So let me spell it out for you.

The umitigated gall, the arrogance of the Democrat Party in that they are absolutely willing to ignore the people and the Constitution during an election year. Now more than ever, this country is slouching toward socialism.

Who cares if people want to talk about God? Who cares about party principles (especially when it disregards the loud and clear voice of the people)? You want a Contract With America? How about one for 2010, version 2.0?

It would consist of exactly three words: Stop. Obama's. Agenda. The GOP shouldn't be known (according to the Dems) as the "party of no." It should be known as the party of HE** NO.

Stop goofing around. Stop putting the party before the people. Stop fighting each other and just stop Obama before it is too late.

UPDATE: David Frum weighs in with a little wisdom.

What is the agenda of the NAACP?

In the September 17 issue of Atlanta Voice, Benjamin Jealous, president of the NAACP, stated in a column regarding a march in Washington on October 2, "We did it when we fought the rampart lynching of the south, when we desegregated the military, when we dismantled Jim Crow, passed the Voting Rights Act, and when we made health care reform a reality for 32 million Americans."

So let me get this straight: ObamaCare is a RACE issue? Since when? Or do you think the NAACP's mission has changed from racial equality to the support of progressive, socialist ideas?

And while I am here, why are we having yet another march? Ever since Glenn Beck had his Restoring Honor rally on August 28, Ed Schultz, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert and now Benjamin Jealous have all announced marches off their own (although Stewart and Colbert may be having theirs together). Why is that? Are they intimdated by the overwhelming success of Beck in his rally, that it may be used to help stop the Democrats and their anti-American agenda?

I am willing to go out on a limb and say yes. But for them, it is too late. Real Americans are sick of this, and we can indeed see November 2 from our houses.

*THIS* DREAM will make you SCREAM

Good old Harry Reid. In an election year, and a time when people have gotten fed-up with illegal immigration, he gives us the DREAM Act. In what could only be called unbelievable chutzpah, Harry decreed, "It has a lot to do with the defense of the nation."

Come on, Harry. This "act" provides amnesty for illegals under the age of 18, period. In fact, if it does affect the defense of this country, it's in the negative, and not the positive.

You know what? Any legislation that does anything other than strengthening and reinforcing the border and immigration laws could only benefit those who have no business being in this country in the first place. And that goes for instances when it is being done to court the hispanic vote...which is all the time, actually.

We are the religion of peace! If you don't believe us, we will kill you!

On this past Thursday, Fox News reported the woman who unintentionally spearheaded "Everybody Draw Muhammad Day!" had, at the suggestion of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, gone into hiding. She was told to move, change her name, and erase her identity.

What apparently spurred this on is U.S.-born Yemeni cleric Anwar al-Awlaki placed Molly Norris on a hit list.

The message here is clear: You cannot so much as draw a picture of Muhammad without someone wanting you dead.

This is what makes Muslims so scary. If you offend them (and they can be offended quite easily, it seems), they will kill you. Literally.
